INSTRUCTIONS - All fields are required
1. CSR Code - Enter the 4 digit code required to reset the customer's password
2. User ID - Enter the customer's myOUC online prfile user id.
3. Password - The default password is Pa55word and populates the Password field automatically. The customer will be prompted to change the password following the password policy rules specified below.
PASSWORD RULE:
Passwords are case sensitive and must contain a minimum of eight characters, including four letters and one number. Avoid repeating characters more than three times in a row (e.g., 1111 or aaaa) and do not use these symbols: ! & ~ < > | =
